Rob Jones is Head of eXp UK Commercial, the division eXp UK launched in October 2025 — the first agent-powered platform in the UK to bring commercial and residential property together under a single model.

He leads the division nationally, with much of his networking and activity focused on London and the South Coast. The remit spans the full commercial spread: office, retail, industrial, land and mixed-use.

Rob has spent close to a decade in commercial agency, after senior roles elsewhere in the industry — national sales director for a corporate business brokerage, and CEO and managing director positions at two national businesses. He has also advised RE/MAX on commercial transactions and lectured on commercial property.

His approach is relationship-driven and straightforward: clear advice, honest figures, and the deal that genuinely fits — for vendors, landlords, occupiers and investors alike.
